About
What to know about me
Strategic investor. Data-nerd. Community Builder.
I’ve built my career revitalizing properties and helping shape vibrant, resilient communities. I’m deeply analytical by nature – the kind of person who genuinely enjoys digging into market data, trends, and patterns to uncover opportunity and inform better decisions.
As a native Coloradan, real estate investor, and broker, I’ve cultivated a strong, trusted network that allows me to deliver thoughtful, well-rounded representation for my clients. I bring a unique blend of leadership, investment acumen, development insight, and entrepreneurial perspective to every project I touch.
At the core of my work is a simple belief: real estate is about people first. My mission is to connect people to places — and to help create communities that thrive over time.
Colorado roots.
Throughout my career, I’ve been intentional about contributing to the communities I call home. As a sixth-generation Coloradan, I have a deep appreciation for and knowlege of this state’s history and culture. I live in Castle Rock with our two young boys and a menagerie of pets, including a small flock of chickens.
I was raised in Colorado Springs, immersed from an early age in our family-run tourism business — a western museum founded by my pioneering great-grandmother in the 1950s. Her legacy as an entrepreneur at a time when women rarely led businesses continues to shape how I approach leadership, risk, and long-term stewardship.
My journey.
A formative year in Nashville marked a turning point in my life. What began as a chapter rooted in music — as a vocalist with a deep love for creative expression — evolved into a calling around placemaking. I experienced firsthand how music, food, culture, and thoughtfully designed spaces can bring people together and strengthen communities.
Motivated by that experience, I pursued a business degree at the University of Denver with a focus on real estate and construction management, determined to understand not just how buildings are built, but how places work.
After graduating, I joined a development and civil engineering firm delivering retail projects across the country. That early exposure to large-scale development laid the foundation for a career that now spans more than 1.7 million square feet of real estate projects and transactions, representing over $500 million in total project value across residential, multifamily, retail, and mixed-use assets.
In 2013, I stepped into a leadership role with the Downtown Partnership of Colorado Springs, directing special projects and initiatives that helped catalyze more than $2 billion in new private investment in the downtown core. My work included leading a new master plan, structuring public-private tax financing programs, and launching a pop-up shop initiative that continues to support small businesses today. This chapter was both challenging and deeply formative — and solidified my identity as a placemaker working at the intersection of policy, capital, and community.
Since 2019, I’ve worked as both a strategic development advisor and real estate broker, representing and advising value-add investors, landowners, multifamily developers, business owners, and homeowners across Colorado’s Front Range. My experience spans acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, redevelopment, and housing sales — allowing me to bring development insight, capital strategy, and transactional execution together for my clients.
Creating exceptional spaces.
I’m driven by a clear professional mission: to create exceptional places that enhance people’s lives.
Whether that means guiding the development of a new project, helping reposition a historic building, or representing a buyer or seller through a pivotal real estate decision, my objective is the same – to deliver clarity, value, and outcomes that stand the test of time.
I’m committed to continuous learning, thoughtful leadership, disciplined execution, and showing up fully for my clients – every time.
Placemaking is my passion.
This space is where I share both personal and professional reflections from my work in real estate, development, and community building. The opinions here are my own.
